Welcome to Wabasha Street!

Howdy friends of letterpress and screenprinting and welcome to Hamilton Ink Spot. Our hands are inky but come in and shake them sometime.

Make art on Wabasha Street

Hamilton Ink Spot is Saint Paul's premier print shop dedicated to poster art. We feature locally made posters, cards and notebooks for sale, as well as a co-op space for Twin Cities artists to print, exhibit and sell their work. Operated by Bill Moran, artistic director of Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum, the 2200-square-foot studio offers gallery space, a retail shop, working letterpress and screen printing studio, and a classroom venue.

It's all about the neighborhood

Stop by for a cup of coffee from our neighbors at Dunn Bros., pick up some vinyl at Eclipse Records, buy a book at Subtext Books or check out a show at Amsterdam Bar & Hall. It's all about the neighborhood in Saint Paul, come and be a part of it.

The Hamilton Ink Spot is looking for more artists, designers and printers.

If you're interested in becoming part of our co-op, email Bill at bill@woodtype.org.

In 2007 they created Who Made Who, a storefront screenprinting studio in the heart of the Minneapolis Arts District. Amy Jo & TOOTH are currently obsessed with Sister Corita Kent, tequila, and Stranger Things on Netflix. They reside in NE Minneapolis with their daughter Sadie and a bulldog named Lola.
